These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Inspired and Elevated LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to DNA testing facilitation, DNA interpretation, customized fitness, nutrition, and supplementation programs, digital resources, and coaching.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in any services provided by Inspired and Elevated LLC. We do not knowingly work with minors.
Scope of Services
DNA testing kits are provided and processed by a third-party laboratory partner with over 25 years of experience.
Inspired and Elevated LLC does not collect, analyze, or process DNA samples directly.
Our role is to interpret the DNA results provided by the lab and create personalized fitness, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle programs based on those results, along with your goals and reported symptoms.
Medical Disclaimer
Our services are intended for educational and wellness purposes only.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing provided by Inspired and Elevated LLC should replace consultation with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional.
Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or supplement routine, or before discontinuing any prescribed medications.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand that fitness and nutrition carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation.
Refund Policy
DNA Kits: Once a DNA kit has been opened or used, it is non-refundable. If a kit arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Digital Products: All digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, e-books, courses) are considered used once accessed and are non-refundable.
Coaching & Programs: Coaching services and customized program design are non-refundable once services have begun.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Inspired and Elevated LLC, including but not limited to digital materials, guides, designs, logos, and training programs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Handling
DNA samples are processed exclusively by our third-party laboratory partner. Inspired and Elevated LLC does not handle or store biological samples.
We may receive and store your DNA test results securely in order to create your personalized program.
Your information will remain confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspired and Elevated LLC, its employees, contractors, and partners, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your reliance on any recommendations provided.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your participation in fitness, nutrition, or supplementation programs.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or technical issues caused by the third-party DNA testing laboratory.
Results from DNA testing and coaching are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you have violated this Agreement, engaged in misuse of services, or acted in a way that disrupts our community.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Inspired and Elevated LLC regarding your use of our services and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
